Q3: Can Credits be transferred to other accounts?

No, Credits are bound to the purchasing account and transfer is prohibited.

Q4: What are the Free Tier limitations?

Free tier accounts are limited to 100 requests per day and 10 requests per minute. Upgrade to Pay as You Go for unlimited access.
