1. Refund Conditions

Refunds can be requested under the following circumstances:

  • Credits not received due to platform technical failure
  • Duplicate payment
  • Other legitimate reasons confirmed by the platform

2. Non-refundable Situations

The following situations are not refundable:

  • Portion of Credits already used
  • Account suspension due to violation of usage rules

  • Refund reason description
