1. Refund Conditions
Refunds can be requested under the following circumstances:
- Credits not received due to platform technical failure
- Duplicate payment
- Other legitimate reasons confirmed by the platform
2. Non-refundable Situations
The following situations are not refundable:
- Portion of Credits already used
- Account suspension due to violation of usage rules
